Who we are

Vendrix builds procurement intelligence and supplier management software. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@vendrix.site.

Information we collect

• Early access requests: full name, business email, company, company size, primary use case, plan of interest, and any message you write.
• Contact messages: name, email, optional company, topic, and message.
• Technical data: when you submit a form, our hosting and API providers process your IP address, browser user agent, and request time to deliver the request and protect against abuse.

The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers, and fonts are served from our own domain. The platform tour runs entirely in your browser on fictional sample data. Files you choose in the tour’s upload area are not read or uploaded, and nothing you do in the tour is sent to us or stored.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry or early access request.
• To arrange a walkthrough and, if you ask for one, set up and support an early access workspace.
• To keep the website and forms secure and working.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use form submissions for advertising.

Service providers

The website and form processing are designed to run on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Form submissions are received by an API endpoint and delivered to our inbox by email using Amazon Simple Email Service. AWS processes this data on our behalf under its own data processing terms. We may use other providers to operate the business, such as email hosting; they receive only what they need to provide their service.

Retention

We keep enquiry and early access records for as long as needed to respond and to manage our relationship with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@vendrix.site. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to submissions is limited to the Vendrix team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.

Customer data in the Vendrix product

When an organisation uses Vendrix, the supplier documents, purchasing records, and user details it adds are processed on that organisation’s behalf under a separate customer agreement, which will describe processing, AI use, retention, and security in detail. Customer documents are not used to train AI models.
