These terms govern your use of vendrix.site, the Vendrix platform tour, and participation in the Vendrix early access programme. By using the website you agree to them. Paid subscriptions and pilot workspaces are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.
The service
Vendrix provides software that helps organisations extract data from supplier documents, compare quotations, detect invoice and pricing risks, manage purchase approvals, and analyse spend. The product is in active development. Features described on this website reflect the product as designed; availability for a specific early access workspace is confirmed in writing.
Platform tour and sample data
The platform tour uses fictional sample data. Organisations, people, suppliers, documents, and amounts shown in it are invented, are not customer data, and do not represent results achieved by any customer.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when you contact us or request access.
- Use the website and any workspace only for lawful business purposes and only with documents you are entitled to share.
- Keep any account credentials we issue secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorised use.
- Review AI-generated extractions, recommendations, and answers before relying on them. Purchasing, approval, and payment decisions remain your responsibility.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or other customers’ data, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code or spam, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights.
Intellectual property
The Vendrix name, logo, website, and software are owned by Vendrix. Your documents and business data remain yours; you grant Vendrix only the rights needed to provide the service to you.
Disclaimers
The website and platform tour are provided “as is”. Automated extraction and AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong, which is why Vendrix highlights uncertain values and asks a person to confirm them. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vendrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data, arising from use of the website or platform tour. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
